On the buy side, she got us an amazing property through a private sale. With her extensive network we were able to see many properties before they came on the market. She was unbiased when we saw properties with her and knew exactly what we were looking for. She would point out the things that did not meet our needs and helped us understand the pro's and con's of all the homes we toured. She never got tired or lost patience with us even though it took us over 6 months to select a house.

We were very clear about our budget and she was very supportive around working with the seller’s agent and expressing our interests which resulted in submitting an offer $100k than the listing price. With her help, we ended up buying our dream house within our budget and we can’t be happier! Leigh Anne also has a great network of people she works with, including the home inspection guy (John) and a mortgage consultant (Betty) that made this process very smooth for us. Leigh Ann Monk helped us find a home in Virginia while we were living in UT. When the inspection uncovered needed costly septic system repairs, she worked diligently to ensure the repairs happened, including following up with the county permitting.
